Munchings and crunchings

On a recent trip to America I ‘discovered’ granola…how has this food stuff passed me by all this time!?! I ate it nearly every day for breakfast with fruit and yoghurt YUMM

So this weekend I decided to try my hand at a little granola making in the Aga. If I don’t say so myself, it’s pretty good. It’s perhaps a little over baked, but I still can’t get the hang of the Aga…too many ovens and not enough temperature dials!
