Split Half Square Triangle Strip FPP Templates

Split Half Square Triangle Strip FPP Templates allow you to make strips of stacked Split HSTs in 7 different widths ranging from 1″ wide up to 4″ wide. Each size comes in both left slanting and right slanting, giving you more options for how to use them in your patchwork.

The Split HST Strip design is great for using as a border in your patchwork and quilting projects. You can also use as an accent  piece on a larger project or as for adding as a feature on on a tote, bag purse or pouch. By combining several strips together you can create some interesting patterns with surprising secondary patterns that appear before your eyes!

Each size and direction of Split Half Square Triangle Strip has been laid out on a different page so you can print only the page(s) that you need. The narrower sizes have multiple copies per page.

The instructions include guidance on printing out your paper piecing strips the right size. There is also illustrated step-by-step guidance on how to lengthen or shorten the strips if you need them a different length for the project that you are working on.

The template pages have been laid out to print on A4 or US Letter paper, please remember to print Actual Size and do not scale or fit to page.
