Spools of Thread FPP Sew-Along, week 3

Week 3 of the Spools of Thread Sew-Along is here and so many of you are taking part, I love it!! Thank you to everyone that has asked questions along the way and those of you sharing pictures of your progress.

As with previous weeks, if you couldn’t watch the LIVE demo you can catch up on the facebook page and I have loaded the video onto YouTube so you can watch whenever suits you best on whichever channel you prefer! If you subscribe to my YouTube channel it will mean that you will be notified when new videos get loaded (plus it makes me jolly happy!)

This week we covered off the following topics:

• brief roundup of where we have got to so far
• trimming completed FPP sections
• understanding the section layout diagram in FPP patterns
• pressing FPP sections when joining
• when and how to remove papers
• joining sections to background rectangles
