As Seen In :: Make Modern Magazine, issue 22
Have you read Make Modern magazine before? It’s a fabulous digital magazine covering all things quilty.
It’s pulled together by a small team of three Australian quilters and they must work seriously hard as each issue is jam packed with content!
There so so many great projects, hints and tips and articles, it really is packed with quilty goodness. Here are a few of my top picks from the pages of this issue:

Just love this sampler project by Sheila Christensen. This month features instructions for the Hexie Ring that can be pieced easily by hand or machine.
This striking Paint Can quilt by Anne Boundy is so striking and is hiding a secret….it’s double sided!
Half Square Triangles at their best. I always love a design that looks so so impressive, but is actually quite achievable for all of us! Thank you Monica Henry 🙂
EPP Autumn Wreath

In issue 22 of Make Modern magazine I have my EPP wreath featured.
It’s a lovely hand stitching project that will not take you too long. You can make it up as a mini wall hanging or mount it into an embroidery hoop.
I made my samples up in both an autumnal range of colours and a pallet of greens. Which is your favourite?
You can get yourself a copy from the Make Modern site for just AUS $8, but if you are super quick you can use the code MM22 to get your issue for AUS$6 (that’s less than £3.50!), but be quick the code runs out on the 6th of May and I assume that will be the end of play Australian time!
You can also subscribe for just AUS $40 for 12 issues….what a bargain!
