Join in with the Spools of Thread FPP Sew Along
So many of you now have the Spools of Thread FPP Pattern, thank you for either buying a copy or signing up to the newsletter to get a copy in return. Some of you have been sewing away and have already made your own version! You can see some of the finished mini quilts in the Spools of Thread Gallery.
There are a large group of you that have downloaded the pattern and have yet to make a start….that may be because you are busy (never enough hours in the day!) or it may be because you have never done FPP and you really aren’t sure where to start! I therefore thought I’d put out a message on social media to see whether anyone would be interested in a little help in the form of a sew-along….the resonse was brilliant, so ….
It’s sew along time!!!!

What is a Sew-Along?
A sew-along is like a virtual sewing group. It’s an opportunity for us to get together and sew the same project at (roughly) the same time. For the Spools of Thread sew-along there will be LIVE facebook demonstration videos to help you along your way!
When is the Spools of Thread Sew-Along Taking place?
The Spools of Thread Sew-along will take place over four consecutive Thursdays, starting Thursday 27th February 2020, 12:30pm (UK time).
There will be a facebook LIVE video demonstration on the Victoria Peat facebook page. Make sure you have liked the page to keep up to date with when the demonstration starts! Don’t worry if you are at work or can’t make it, the videos will be saved on the facebook page and I will aim to load them onto YouTube as soon as I can. I will also do a round up post once the sew-along is finished so that you can find all of the videos in one place.

Hi Victoria
I think you are a super presenter, explain things clearly and make everything you sew look easy. I watched you over and over doing the Spools of thread FPP on SQ and I will be following your spools of thread FPP on the 27th.
